This story is more suited for children 8 to 12 years old. Each short
story brings a message to Immy to learn and grow. I like that Jesus
recognizes Immy when she is near Jesus like an old friend. Some of the
Jewish words would be hard to pronounce for children this age. Having
the glossary for these words is an excellent idea. I liked how you dealt
with Jesus's death and resurrection. Keeping his painful death from
Immy, but informing her of what happened and leaving the story with the
joy of his resurrection and Holy Spirit.
The Holiday season is almost here. I read mostly Advanced Reader Copies and all reviews are my own opinion. Feel free to contact me if you have a questions or want me to read one of your books. Please post to my blog and/or subscribe. I love hearing from you! Maranatha! Come Lord Jesus come! May God bless and keep you this year!
