Her Summer Duke: Regency Romance by Arietta Richmond
It's a good thing Captain Halstone waited Margaret out. This story is written completely with her and him separate for most of the story. They meet in the first chapter and don't get back together until the last couple chapters of the story. I found I did not like the heroine of this story. Captain Halstone deserved a woman better than Margaret, but how do you tell a woman you love her and not tell her your real name? By the time these two get together, his brother has died and he is a Duke. The men that Margaret goes through and uses is unbelievable showing off her selfish personality and her impulsiveness. I didn't get a real sense of Adam, except that he acts honorably, and knows what he wants. The plot was good, but the story lost something in its writing.
