This is about two best friends who ruin it all by becoming lovers. At eighteen, Melanie isn't ready to commit and Blake has laid his heart out for the last time. Some of this book made me sick and I wanted to kick Blake in the head for his stupidity. The sex was way out of line at times and didn't have the impact on their relationship that it should have, by the end of the book I was skipping over the sex scenes. The plot and the story line deserved more than the writer gave it.
