Love's Vow (The First Street Church Romance #4) by Melissa Storm

This is the wedding of Ben and Summer. Murphy's law applies to this wedding. My first note would be to sue the dressmaker for not having the wedding gown ready a week before the wedding. The day of the wedding is beyond ridiculous and Summer is a push over for allowing it to happen. The rest of the book deals with the love of friends, repairing family relationships and believing in the one you've chosen to marry. This story is well written, and touches the heart where our relationship with others is reflected.
