Rating: ⭐⭐
This book
is about a dragon shifter who has left his clan and hides in the human
world. He goes to work for a natural healer who owns a apothecary. This
book deals a lot with the relationship between Valen and Evette, but does
not take in the world of the dragon into thought. It shows when he
returns home to try and heal Evette from her illness. The dragon world
is confusing and tyrannical. I don't know what the author can do make
this world seem more believable, because it is rough, confusing and not a
place I would want to know.
