Montana Maverick (Bear Grass Springs Book 3) by Ramona Flightner

I loved this story. Jessamine is an independent woman trying to make her way as a reporter. Only she has to learn to do it in a small town, the town fears her big city ways. Ewan becomes the town's most disreputable gentleman, because he goes to the saloon and baudy house at night to bury his grief of his lost love in Scotland. Jessamine is unapproachable at times and like the town people, she goes to far. Ewan is lovable and he understands Jessamine. This is the second book I've read in this series, and each time I've grown to love this small town.
