Lord Muck and Lady Alice by Isabella Hargreaves

It took me a moment to get my bearings in this story, because Lady Alice is obviously from England and Lord Muck is actually a steward's son that was kicked off the Earl's lands. I love Lady Alice, because despite what James has said and done to her. It is obvious her love for him let's her go out of her way to help him, even though they are not on speaking terms. Well written and a quick read, I enjoyed this story for the delight that it is written.
