I liked this story. Charlotte is bright and intelligent. Phillip is skeptical of woman and thinks all woman after his title. He learns differently from Charlotte. I think someone should have spanked Lady Emma. She didn't deserve to go out in society, especially after she attacked Charlotte. I found Marquess very off putting and he lacked charm, but he was intelligent and a man who looked at two sides.
