A Christmas Cowboy With a Joy Filled Heart- From Christmas Wishes and Cowboy Kisses

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a review for "A Christmas Cowboy With a Joy Filled Heart" by Kathleen Ball. It is one of 23 stories in this boxset. This story is a second chance for a used up rock and roll star who is weary of being on the road. He comes home to try and save his family's farm only to spin out in a blizzard in front of his ex-girlfriend's house. They spend the blizzard together and work out what went wrong six years ago. His brother Mark however is a real piece of work and something that was scrapped from the bottom of the barrel. It's about a love that never died, even with all the attempts to destroy it.

Island Promises (Vacation Romance) by Evangeline Kelly

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐

I usually love Evangeline Kelly's books, but this one falls short. One starts out as a bad vacation, turns into a good one, only the wrong people end up together. I'm not against that, but all the games, trickery and bad things that are said about one another, I felt like I was in high school and I have no wish to return there. It's why I don't read romances about teenagers. If college is like high school, then I'm glad I never went, because this story made any thoughts of returning to college negated.

The Duke and His Wallflower: A Historical Regency Romance Novel (The Dowager's Scheme Book 1) by Tiffany Baton

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lady Emma is unmarried and before she becomes a spinster her aunt has decide to take things in hand. This of course causes some problems like an unwanted gentleman caller. Jasper on the other hand is part of scandal and because of this his mother help he but now he must go to whatever social event she wants but no marriage again this is a problem because Emma and Jasper are attracted to each other and are falling in love. There is some wonderful drama at the end of the book will they win over not one but two villains? The book was good I enjoyed the story, it had great characters. I thought Patrick was a great friend to Jasper but in turn it seems Jasper was a good friend to Patrick to0.

Unmasking the Silver Heiress (The Silver Leaf Seductions #1) by Ava Devlin

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is not the great love story for an elopement, but for a plot to expose the Silver Leaf society. What Nathaniel did not expect was to fall in love with his wife and find he had been played by the Silver Lady herself. Secrets will be exposed, but love has a way of conquering even the most hardened heart.

Remember Me (Where There's Love #1) by Bree Wolf

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is one story that distorts time, but not for any reason you may think. The story is suspenseful and gets weird at various points doing the story, but becomes clear as we come to the climax and ending. This is a short story, but is very much worth the suspense.

A Lady's Dream: A Historical Regency Romance Novel Collection (Alice in Regency Wonderland) by Alice Acker

Rating: ⭐

I dislike the series and these two deserve each other. Edward is an immature and selfish boy. While Katherine is a naive and foolish little girl. The relationship between these two should never been promoted by their friends and the English side of her family. The only real relationship is been their friends Martha and Lawrence. These two have level heads and act with common sense over their emotions. This book is not worth the drama it puts the reader through.

Cruel Promises by Tori Fox

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This story hits a lot of trigger points for some people, especially those with self esteem issues and the loss of a child. This story has some serious issues, especially for a rock star just to give up his drugs without withdrawal symptoms. I also don't like how the church was portrayed, but I was glad that her parents found a way to forgive her. This story will make you laugh, be happy and cry. Love doesn't always come in the form we expect, but we have to choose to accept when love is offered from the unexpected.

A Spinster's Sinful Temptation: A Historical Regency Romance Novel by Emily Honeyfield

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐

This has to be the lamest prank played upon the ton. Nobody fell for it and most just ignored her or played along. This Earl is a wimp bowing down to his mother until he realizes that he is the Earl and his mother is under his authority. This is when the true action begins and his mistress starts her antics. Ellie is too naive for someone that's been taking care of her sisters since she was fourteen. The characters are colorful and some of the characters are overdone. The story was well written even if the plot failed.

Secret Burdens of the Heart: A Historical Western Romance Novel by Aurora Hanson

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This story starts out great and finishes well. The climax of the story felt so wrong for a man that is supposed to have changed. What Henry did is how an angry child and criminal mind would think. This just proves that Virgil was right about him. The gradual love story between Virgil and Isabel is well written. Did Virgil mishandle the situation? Yes, but at least he was man enough to admit his mistake. Henry wasn't, and shouldn't have been given his second chance, but love trumps whats earned and deserved.

The Daughters of Courage: Boxed Set (Daughters of Courage #1-3) by Donna Fletcher Crow

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a box set about three women who lived through days of struggle, loss and turmoil. The women live in the love of our Lord and Savior and find love in the family that they build and rely on. Kathryn built her strength and character on the building of a homestead in Idaho. Elisabeth built her strength and character through the depression and World War II. Stephanie found her strength of character through the Idaho political system, the free press and a man whose character would not crack. Their stories are poignant, sometimes sad, but most of all inspiring. May all women find their inner strength and grow to be women of courage.

The Perfect Lawyer (Ike Thompson Legal Thriller Series #1) by Gregg Bell

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ike Thompson is in a valley of self-deprecation only taking easy lawyer jobs and allowing his wife to take advantage of him. Everything changes when he hires Abby Blum as a new lawyer in his firm. A priest guilt him into taking on an impossible case and runs interference on a mobster harassing his lawyer. The writing is great and with the lack of real evidence, the lawyers' closing arguments are what is going to win this case. This change in Ike's life seems to be the catalyst for all kinds of changes in his life and his thinking. Ike may be dubbed "The Perfect Lawyer", but he is far from perfect and slightly off his game. It's a good legal thriller and worth the read.

Married to the Mysterious Highlander: A Medieval Historical Romance Novel (Conquering the Scots Book 1) by Lydia Kendall

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The description of this book grabbed me, and I settled down and put it at the top of my TBR list. The story did not disappoint and the unintentional comedy of the story is very witty. I've never seen a Laird so used by his own clan, and a woman to throw so much chaos into the situation without even really doing anything. This story has it all, a mystery, calamity, and a whole lot of love.

Hankering for Home (Button Blossom Sweet Rom Com #2) by Rachael Eliker

Rating:  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is an excellent story with lots of laughs. Remi will keep you laughing as she wrangles her life into Wills and his son. This is an excellent story and a lot of fun. If you are feeling blue this story will cheer you.

Always the Bridesmaid, Never the Duchess: A Historical Regency Romance Novel (Wallflower Season Book 3) by Ava MacAdams

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This story is typical for this genre, the spinster wants to taste what she is missing, The big bad duke stops her from making the mistake, but gets a taste of her, and doesn't want to let go. When they find out the truth of what really happened about the disaster of breaking up her brother's marriage, they become friends, then more. The climax is exciting as the Duke fixes what seems to be an unhappy marriage of his new love's best friend. The dialogue is witty and cutting. The two characters have a chemistry that fires their anger and their lust. Maybe, just maybe the bridesmaid will be a Duchess.

A Life-Changing Easter Miracle by Carol Colyer

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This story is scary on so many levels, but it all comes together at the culmination of Easter. There's a big bad uncle and a warm welcoming family. A woman who's uncle is keeping her prisoner and making her do slave labor. Charming Adam comes along and helps Eden to freedom. The climax is exciting, but the uncle's character is a little over the top. The world may be a little crazy, but Eden's uncle tops the list.

Lawfully Smitten by Jenna Brandt

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love the characters Ted and Deanna, but their coworkers left a lot to be desired. Some of the old characters are great, but characters like Zack and Janet were without depth and the reality of the law enforcement work place environment. The story is a friends to marriage novel and is very short. This novelette is a great afternoon read or a way to get you in the spirit of love.

An Innocent Soul to Care for: A Historical Western Romance Novel by Lorelei Brogan

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a unique historical western story. Instead of the woman being a mail-order bride, she decides to become a nurse. She feels marriage is not for her. A young sheriff who has to find a missing baby. This story has a bunch of strange twists and plots, but it is never boring. I continued to turn the page just to see what the villains were going to do or our duo with the baby. It has an exciting climax and the love these two find with each other is endearing.

Marrying a Cowgirl (Callahans of Copper Creek Book 2) by Natalie Dean

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a poignant tale about a crush on a man who only sees the woman in front of him, because he's trying to forget her sister. There are so many things and rules going on that I'm not sure how anyone can ever fall in love. James does more than just see Constance, he sees potential and intelligence that her father stifles.

Unsung (The Henry Brothers #2) by Amy Knupp

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a rather romantic and moving love story about a runaway bride and a man with a shameful past. Everly is hiding from the public and Seth is hiding from his past. Only no one where he lives knows the truth. Everly and Seth are written with a fire between them. It looks like fate has placed Everly in Seth's way when she decides to ditch walking down the aisle. I love how the author works the dynamics out for a wonderful ending.

The Loner's Wife (Small Town Bachelors) by Susan Warner

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a very poignant story about one woman's pain and a man's determination to not be taken advantage of because of his money. They find common ground and break through the pain. Love is not easy, but it frees a lot of things inside these characters. The story breaks down near the climax, but the climax makes up for the downturn. It is a good read, but the reading can be emotional.

When God Calls for Their Redemption by Chloe Carley

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This story is inspired by Hosea. In the Bible, Hosea's story is heartbreaking and inspires us to unknown depths of love. Just like Hosea, Andrew is called to take a prostitute on as a wife. It won't be easy, but love never is easy. Andrew never thought he would fall in love with Leah. When Leah sacrifices herself thinking to save Andrew's family, he realizes how much Leah means to him. This story is intense and exciting. There are parts that made me cringe and pray that things will get better. This made me question, do I listen to God's voice?

To Love a Lady's Scars: A Historical Regency Romance Novel by Sally Forbes

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love is blind. Not actually, it is more that love makes you see the beauty of the soul, rather than the outer appearance. This is what happens with the marquess when he discovers the soul of Josephine Balfour. They have a lot to overcome, but love will show the way if only you allow it to. This story takes in Beauty and the Beast from the opposite view. Can a man overlook the outer scars of a woman and see to her soul? This story is an excellent read.

Challenged and Charmed by the Infuriating Earl by Patricia Haverton

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love at first sight is the theme for this whimsical farce. The sarcastic wit that the two main characters exhibit is engaging. The plot is a little weak, but the Earl and Marianna kept me engaged in the story. The only drawback in the story is Marianna obsessive worry about Eleanor.

Wildflowers Blooming in the West: A Historical Western Romance Collection by Carol Colyer

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Three wonderful stories about strong women and how they conquered their problems with love. Each has a wonderful plot and story line, The characters are written in depth, even the villains. The first two stories I hadn't read before, but I did read and review "The Art of Coloring His Heart" in January of this year. Each story is enjoyable, but it seems in two of the stories, the main characters a severe character flaw which made me shake my head. In "Bound by the Ties of Sacred Love", Clemmie creates havoc for her family and herself by not speaking about her love for Joey. In "The Art of Coloring His Heart" Violet is way too sarcastic and makes James keep reliving his mistakes, even after he apologizes for his mistakes. Still all the stories are entertaining and are worth reading.

Lost In A Sea of Emotions: A Historical Western Romance Novel by Mia Dunham

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐

This story had the potential to be a great story, but as the story reached its climax, it lost its way. There are too many things going on and it clouds the story line. Otherwise the characters are delightful and the mystery was obvious. The double tintype gave it away.

Poker & Promise by Pippa Greathouse

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a good story about a woman stranded at Fort Laramie and married off to the most available man. Betsy is a spitfire until her husband confronts her, then she gets all meek and mild. It's a severe contradiction of character for our dear Betsy, but makes all of her decisions unpredictable. Her husband is full of threats and promises, but I'm still not sure what his job is at the Fort. The characters have depth and definition and each has a purpose of their own. The story has an exciting climax and a well written plot. The problem with the story is that the characters sometimes act like they don't know what they are doing, which is sometimes contradictory. It is then surprising that it doesn't take away from the story line.

Courtship with a Reclusive Viscount by Sally Forbes

Rating: ⭐⭐

There are just too many errors in this story, The title says he's a Viscount, but she refers to him as an earl several times. There is a big difference between the two. Agnes is lovable but the Viscount is a very iffy character. He prefers working rather than socializing, but reclusive does not reflect in his behavior at the house party. I do not know how Agnes could fall in love with him when he was so hot and cold. Physical attraction, I can understand. Love comes for those that you trust with your entire being. This story has too many holes.

For the Sake of Her Heart: A Historical Western Romance Book by Mia Dunham

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I liked this story about taking charge of your life, forgiving hurts and loving with your heart. Trials and tribulations occur even when you are starting your life over. All things that happen in this story move the plot with each choice that Elena makes. Each time, she chooses love. It takes a strong woman to stand by her decisions and face the forces against her. Thomas tries to stay the course, and only does it because of Elena's strong decisions. I love that this author writes a strong female heroine, but sometimes she does an injustice to her heroes. Personally, they are not the strong male presence that this kind of woman needs.

Mistaken Innocence (Laura Jones Legal Thriller #2) by Freya Atwood

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐

The writing is good as all the mysteries I've read by Freya Atwood. I just don't like Laura Jones. She is not someone I could like or even respect. The only likeable character is Frank whom she uses and abuses, yet he keeps taking it. Maybe, he'll smarten up, but I doubt it. The author rarely takes advice from reviewers. It has a great plot and excellent climax. Unfortunately, sometimes I'm wishing for the bad guy to win so I don't have to listen to Laura's horrible relationships, because she is a horrible person.

Great Plains Dragon Feud Complete Series (Great Plains Dragon Feud) by Emilia Hartley

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a story about family and community. It's about two broken families coming together to stop the pain and hatred that their feud has caused for over the last century.  After one hundred years, the truth comes out and fate has decided to combine the family into one clan. It is eight different stories that combine for an epic story, and one final clash to determine the clan's fate. Each story introduces us to a couple that joins the clan. It takes in their story and their struggles as they overcome the hate and derision that has been bred into their lives by their family. It takes a lot of determination and finding love to overcome the hurt and pain.

When Love Rides the Storm: An Inspirational Romance Novel by Grace Clemens

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This story has lots of action, adventure and love. Nellie Adams struggles to be the woman God created her to be and the one that her father raised. Peter Cosgrove has a hard time accepting Nellie, because she does not fit the mold of a proper woman. She is adventurous, self-sufficient and can swing an ax as well as any man. It isn't until Nellie saves Peter's son, James, that he finally realizes what a wonderful woman he has married. Personally, before the flood, I was getting tired of Peter's attitude. He thought all women wanted to be submissive and live confined to a house. Suppressing Nellie's personality would only break her spirit, that she would eventually either leave or fight back. Nellie fights back, leaving Peter stumped, until he realizes what he has in Nellie.

The Key to Her Heart's lock by Aurora Hanson

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This story would have been much better without the extremely long climax and epilogue. Reduce this story by 10,000 or more words and I would have rated it 5 stars. Everything took too long to sort out in the end. Of course with these two, they have no clue to being in love, the state of the ranch, just life in general. Then they tear the ranch apart to find a box filled with happiness. While an evil man makes evil plans with an evil woman to grab the Fisher property. These two are so naive that they believe you can find happiness in a box.

Rob's Holiday Honey (Bearpaw Ridge Firefighters Book 15) by Ophelia Sexton

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is typical for all the Bearpaw Ridge stories, but it's a lot of fun and good for an afternoon read. I always enjoy these because it doesn't take a lot of brain cells to read, but just sit back and enjoy the story. The characters are fun and the villain never measures up to our hero in any way. These bears are more gentleman than the actual humans in Ophelia's world.

A Wicked Song for a Roguish Viscount: A Historical Regency Romance Novel by Emily Honeyfield

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐

I really wanted to rate this one higher, but it never reaches beyond being just okay. The main characters are engaging, but all the other characters are stereotypical and very hard to engage with. The masquerade is well and typical, but for someone with a conscience the lies were too much. Also, she kills her career in the very first chapter of this story, and for someone not recognizing her voice in the small circles of the ton is just ridiculous. The relationship and the chemistry between the two of them is wasted on the plot and story-line. My question for this story is why waste your time on someone whose heart is clearly engaged elsewhere and participate in a farce of a contest? Clearly the author thinks all men's egos would have been pricked to participate in the contest and the Viscount clearly falls into this category. Which leads to the question why would a woman fall in love with the Viscount knowing his true character and his willingness to deceive? It never reaches beyond being okay.

The Duke Who Loved Me by Jennifer Monroe

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐

The characters are engaging and the dialog keeps you interested. However, the story is more of a farce, than a possible reality. I class this story as a fairy tale. Personally, the only Remington that I was introduced to in this story that I liked was the Duke. Every other male in this story is either a toad or is totally disgusting, especially Markus. He deserves to be neutered, along with the Earl of Leedon. This is your typical Cinderella story.

The Perfect Brother by Chris Patchell

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This story is intriguing and suggests that sometimes the police look no farther than their nose. Unfortunately for Amar, all his lies are turning against him and have him trapped. Even though Indira uses unauthorized technology to find the killer, she has to use old-fashioned detective work to prove her case, if she doesn't end up dead first. Unfortunately, this story has an unsatisfactory ending for me. Why do authors leave endings like this? I don't like having to keep looking over my shoulder, it's why I don't read horror books.

The Baron I Fell in Love with: A Historical Regency Romance Novel by Alice Kirks

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is an excellent story of innocent love and mischievous twins. Unfortunately, the villain of this piece is actually Jame's best friend. Sometimes, jealousy is the ingredient for hurt and pain, which Donald inflicts on not only James, but destroys the reputation of his twin brother, Allan. Romance is sweet between James and Elena, but in the end does Elena really love James? Trust is an important ingredient when you are in love with someone. Forgiveness is a sign of love, with unforgiveness in our hearts, we cannot truly love. Which James and Elena experience during the climax of this story.

The Living Water by A. Bean

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I enjoyed this story about the living water that lives within us. There are several inconsistencies within the story, however. They do not take away from the story, but they did make me scratch my head. There are points in the story that are distracting from the main point. The climax is anti-climactic and although the main point is reached. It is hidden in the subtext, which for someone not as familiar with the Holy Spirit will not find the message of this story. For the reader out there, this story is another angle or message for the women at the well.

For Such a Time by Ellen Gillette

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a good story, but it was quite controversial for me. Although I am not Catholic, I have a hard time with Fathers and Nuns turning their backs on their vows. It's like me going back on my marriage vows. I get in this day and age that people don't honor their vows anymore. I feel it's important to honor those vows when you make them. Preem did his best to hold those vows, even taking time away from his ministry in India to know where he was with God. Would God allow us to fall in love when we have made those vows. Yes, because God has given us free choice, and temptation is around every corner. Did God really mean for Preem to give up his ministry? In this case, it's the author's choice. For me, I would have chosen a different road.

The Second Chance by Kayla Dodd

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐

This story has great characters and a great story up until the conflict. At this point, I thought "what was the author thinking? The only character that I disliked was the one she introduced here. The character is not at all in line with the heroine's love for him. It actually makes the climax anti-climatic, and how can someone do that to another person? The author really gives no explanation, and I'm left with what the?

The Widowed Governess of Aldhury Manor by Sally Forbes

Rating: ⭐⭐
The idea for this plot may have looked good in the author's head, but did not finish well when put to words in a story. The plot is very weak, and the characters fall in love out of nowhere. The climax is weird, because when did the hero find enough time to get a constable, leaving the heroine to her brother's mercy. The weak ending does not save the story at all. It gets two stars because the characters are all well written, unfortunately their story was not told well.

A Fierce Love Without Warning by Lorelei Brogan

Rating: 🌟🌟🌟🌟

This story plot is easy for any author to begin, but the ending always is a dilemma. It's a story common in the United States where a man and woman of different races fall in love. The story for all its controversy is well written, and the characters well written. Our heroine lacks knowledge of the natives and learns as she begs the Apaches that saved her to take her home to her father. Tarak learns to love Tillie as they travel across California back into Arizona. The one who learns the most is Tillie, enough to even stand up against her own father. Love may win the day, but will they survive in a world that even the Apaches recognize is the end of the existence they lived in this land.

Rylee's Cowboy by Kathleen Ball

Rating: 🌟🌟🌟🌟

This story is sad and very scary. Rylee lives with Clint as his nanny for his daughter Rheenie. She has an evil drunk father, and was thrown out of her home when she wouldn't abort the baby after she was raped. The evil isn't limited to her father, but it spreads to her trying to protect the family she loves. Rylee in my opinion is naive and stupid, if she thinks she has any power. She is so afraid of losing everything that her actions and silence is the one thing that will cause her to lose everything, including  the trust of the one man she loves with all of her heart. I believe Clint is justified in some of his actions, but he only makes things worse after he bring Rylee home. Clint is responsible for all the horrible thoughts that go through Rylee's head, and only brings more anger and despair into his own marriage. The worst is yet to come, and all of Rylee's and Clint's mistakes. This story left me with a sick feeling in my stomach and yet, her father was never charged with sex trafficking. The author missed some very important things in the telling of Rylee's story, but no matter what is missing, it is still heartbreaking.

The Wallflower’s Christmas Surprise: A Regency Romance by Isabella Hargreaves

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐

This is a reverse tale for a Regency romance. The woman is older than the man she has fantasies about and the young man wants her for his wife. He has been sending her verses of poetry while he has been finishing at university. This is a short story and it has a different take on a relationship. This story could have been better, if the relationship between these two had been more developed.

Into the Storm (Evidence: Under Fire Book 1) by Rachel Grant

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This story has a high action development and intense suspense as Audrey and Xavier try to find out why a training exercise has been targeted by terrorists. It's a terrifying night of danger and intrigue, and our hero and heroine are caught in a terrifying storm. I enjoyed the story to the very end, as our main characters put life into perspective and chose a positive choice to move on with their lives.

For the Love of a Broken Lord by Edith Byrd

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This story shows what the nobility thinks of someone who is disfigured by an accident. It shows that love can overcome with a little ingenuity. The author should realize that there is a 3 to 6 month process from having your leg removed and being able to wear your prosthetic. It takes doing your therapy everyday, and keeping all of your muscles from atrophy, which I am glad to see the author kept that in mind. I'm just not sure about the timeline in the story. Otherwise, Jonathan proves that he is more even without his leg, and that is because he has a keen mind.

A Little Wilder (Wilder Adventures #4) by Serena Bell

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a witty and very entertaining rom-com. Our characters are lovable. As I get to know them, I wish only the best for these two. I wish the road trips I went on with my husband were as fun as these two had. The story is a lot of fun and well written. I loved Kane and Mari together.

Over the Edge by Michael Garrett

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This suspense story starts out okay, but quickly builds through the climax of the story. The characters are well written and well developed. The heroine throughout the story leans on her faith in God to gain strength to endure her kidnapping. Although, this story is well written, it is also very intense. What you should know is that the ending was rewritten by the author for a better resolution.

Lineage of Corruption (Coventry Saga #7) by Robin Patchen

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is an action-packed political romance thriller. I loved the interaction between Josie and Thomas. The dialogue was witty and very dramatic. This novel can standalone from the others in the series. There is a lot of intrigue and much betrayal in this story, and it all builds to the dramatic climax. The writing is excellent and the story captured me from the very beginning.

Cowboys' Mom Finds Love (Baker Brothers of Copper Creek #7) by Natalie Dean

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a sweet story of a couple getting a second chance at love. They were high school sweethearts, but each went their own way and fell in love with someone else. It's 30 to 40 years later, and Michael is determined not to let Liz get away from him again. It takes a hold of questions that men and women face when dating again so much later in life. I think when Liz starts dating Michael, she should have considered his job. Especially if it was going to become the problem that she made it. A woman her age should have more common sense that what Liz Baker displayed.
