This book is a great read and even though it could stand alone, you must read about her brother Nate in the first book. Leonie does what her brother wishes her to do and that's to become a lady. The rules in England are too confining for Leonie, but she tries her best not to disappoint her Aunt Edwina and her brother Nate. When Leonie runs back to the ranch, when she hears that Molly is ill, she realizes that her family is the most important thing. Through tragedy and her aunt's manipulations, Leonie sees what matters to her and draws wisdom from a little book of Proverbs. Leonie makes mistakes because she is young and naive, but she learns from them and follows her heart after praying to God about her issues.
