Daring the Highlander by Lydia Kendall

This story is well written and the chemistry between the two characters is steamy. I'm not sure about Donnan, although the author tries to redeem him near the end of the story. Sarah is naive and stubborn and Donnan tries to tame her without success. Like the description of the book, Donnan is a bull in a china shop. He is temperamental and impetuous. The wonder is he didn't start a border war with the English. The writer is devious in how she gets her happily ever after. I enjoyed the story despite the immaturity of the our hero and heroine.
