Enslaved to the Seduction of a Lady: A Steamy Historical Regency Romance Novel (Wicked Brides Book 2) by Ava MacAdams

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐

This story started off intriguing but I don't care how inappropriate Luke and Allison are, the Duke and Duchess of Salisbury were disgusting. How they could ever let the smelly and atrociously mannered Earl of Belmont near their daughter is beyond me. The description of him just gave me chills of disgust. If I was Allison I would have wrote a diary of the things he said and tried to do to me every time we met, then left it on the Duke's desk. I also would never had gone about telling the Duke and Duchess about Luke the way that Teresa and Allison did. I see all kinds of wrong with this story, but if Luke and Allison truly loved each other, they would have run off the day they realized they loved each other, or Luke would have gone and sacrificed his pride and asked Lord Dennison to help him. They almost let evil prevail.
