Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Surrendered to the Lust of the Duke ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This story is intriguing and action-packed. Between the Duke trying to save his Dukedom and Teresa trying to save the school; they both find danger and intrigue in courting the Salisbury's for donating to the school. An old evil plot will lead these two down a road of darkness and suspense. It's love that guides these two.
Enslaved to the Seduction of a Lady ⭐⭐⭐
This story started off intriguing but I don't care how inappropriate Luke and Allison are, the Duke and Duchess of Salisbury were disgusting. How they could ever let the smelly and atrociously mannered Earl of Belmont near their daughter is beyond me. The description of him just gave me chills of disgust. If I was Allison I would have wrote a diary of the things he said and tried to do to me every time we met, then left it on the Duke's desk. I also would never had gone about telling the Duke and Duchess about Luke the way that Teresa and Allison did. I see all kinds of wrong with this story, but if Luke and Allison truly loved each other, they would have run off the day they realized they loved each other, or Luke would have gone and sacrificed his pride and asked Lord Dennison to help him. They almost let evil prevail.
Sinful Persuasion of a Lady in the Making ⭐⭐⭐⭐
This story of the three in the series is better than the second book, but doesn't reach the heights of the first book. Between Luke being too concerned for his new respectability and trying to elevate his sister into the ton, Jenny feels out of place and forced to attend balls where so-called gentlemen try to take advantage of her. Viscount Hartman and Jenny meet with him helping her get rid of one of those so called gentleman. Sparks fly, not only in Jenny's house, but in the Viscount's house also. Worst yet, underlying evil plot will take both houses apart.
