Out of the Dusk (A Military Romance)( Never Lose Sight #3) by Leigh Robbins
This book is the sequel to the second book in the story of Brett Parker and Lauren cage. It deals with PTSD very well, but leaves the reader out in the cold for a long time. Brett goes into civilian life with hope in his heart, but realizes he is unfit to start again with Lauren. The ups and downs of this story tears at your heart and you wonder why Lauren keeps going back only to get her heart broken again. Those with PTSD do not realize how selfish they are, because do not allow those of us who love them to hold them. I know because it quiets their soul when the nightmares come just to hold them in love. Just like in book two, I found Brett Parker a very selfish man whom does everything to please himself at the time. He only did big romantic things to bind Lauren to him.
