Finding a Home with the Sheriff
Every mail-order bride carries the same quiet dread: one look from her new husband, and she will be sent right back home. When Delilah arrives, she discovers Sheriff Robert Brennan never placed the ad at all—his daughter, Georgia, did. The plot sharpens when an outlaw gang begins terrorizing the area. Their raids seem random until Robert connects the dots and realizes Delilah is their true target.
