This is well written with a lot of secrets revealed as the story progresses. Verona and Abraham carried this story as their love grew. The minor characters did not help the story as it should have. The Duke ad Duchess had me very irritated by the middle of the story because there hypocrisy had no bounds. Verona’s uncle was a very kind man but contributed very little to the story, an unnecessary character. This story will keep you guessing from beginning to end.
