I love the characters in this story. Chasity is tenacious and stubborn. While Valentine wants to know who killed his nephew, he allows Chasity into his home as a servant to investigate. What neither of them suspected was to lose their hearts to each other. The suspense of trying to find the murderer while running into dead ends makes the climax of this story very exciting. This historical romance has the makings of a very excellent murder mystery.
