The Marchioness Who Tempted Fate: A Historical Regency Romance Novel by Hanna Hamilton (Goodreads Author), Cobalt Fairy

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
This story is unusual that it has many twists and turns. The ending is surprising, although I know that Lord Ronald was evil. It made sense since he kept coming down on his nephew about petty things, and getting mad about firings of staff that deserved to be fired. This story steps outside of society, but I don't have much issue with that since the Marquess himself is an outsider in his ways and thinking. They would have called him a Radical back then. The dialogue was good between our main characters and Marcus was right in making Tiffany leave after the attempt on his life. It protected her from Lord Ronald and put her under protection of the retired Constable Brown.
