A Virtual Affair by Tracie Podger
This story left my heart breaking with joy and tears as I read along the story. This book is emotional and at points I got angry with a woman who wouldn't fight back, but I also understood what kind of person she was and why she didn't. Twenty five years of an abusive marriage will do that to a woman. Not physical, but emotional abandonment on the part of her husband is a form of abuse. I don't agree with affairs, but her husband had left her years before. The only time he talked to her was to keep her from spending any money. He controlled her by roping her at home financially. Her meeting Stefan changed how she looked at herself and she needed that in her life. We never know what life will bring, and we need to live our lives to the fullest. Jayne never learned that until it was almost too late.
