War and Love by Winter Renshaw
This is not my normal repertoire, but the description intrigued me when Hidden Gems asked me to review. I find the premise actually awful, and how someone thinks they are above the law and hires someone to marry his ex-wife to get out of alimony is insane. I kept wondering how the author was going to write her way to a happily ever after including going through all the legal issues this story brings up. I am pleasantly surprised but the characters at times left me wanting, especially Jude Warner. Admit it! Jude Warner was a dirt bag for taking the offer in the first place.
