The Obscure Duchess of Godwin Hall: A Historical Regency Romance Novel by Hanna Hamilton

For Hanna Hamilton, this is a very dark novel. The pain of having to marry the brother of the man you love, the murder of the Duke and knowing that somehow all of this is your fault brings Rebecca to life. Rebecca is not obscure, even if that is what the title implies. Rebecca is recognized only that her parents will not listen to a thing the woman says. It is ony when Rebecca takes steps to free Andrew does this woman come to take charge of her future.
